Our fabrication process produces a sandwich structure that is exceptionally flat, stable,lighter,and high strength. 
Optional structures:100% Carbon fiber,Carbon fiber+Glass fiber,100% Glass fiber according to your need.   

Colors:Black,blue,red,gold,silver are available.  
If you have a special requirement for layers of your fiber plate,please let us know.

Standard sizes range:from 500mmx450mm to 1000mmx800mm. Custom sizes are available upon quotation.    

Thickness:0.2mm,0.5mm,0.8mm,1mm,1.5mm,2mm,2.5mm,3mm are available.

 

Appearance  

Both of two sides are very shiny and clear,pristine with no bubbles or voids.The carbon fiber cloth literally shimmers under the crystal clear epoxy.Both  surfaces are 3K plain or twill wove and completely sealed. 
If you have a different request for the surfaces,please let us know.
